I have that drawing and in fact published it with a number of others in my article on Pomeroy in the April 2008 IAA Journal.

Hi. Do you have an unphotobucked version?

I know that later, John Pomeroy applied and in 1942 for a later variant.
The spinning of the bullet separated the nitroglycerin from the dynamite filler.
