20mm projectile ID help

We saw ID requests for this one before and so far I saw no positive response.
Worth to mention that it obviously is a 20x102 (before someone will ammend the thread title).

To what I see this could be sort of a flechette round. Your’s here being a TP.

The unknown projectile is a GPP(General Purpose Projectile) round (i did ask the same question a while ago…)

Does anyone know anything about this projectile? I searched the web, and found a picture of a similar projectile on the BOCN forum ( Posted by EODGUY, answer #2 in this thread http://www.bocn.co.uk/vbforum/threads/73326-20x102mm-Examples) where it was mentioned as experimental proof round from China Lake.
