.30-06 by National Conduit & Cable Co

My recent hunt for early .30-06 lead me to a box of mixed WWI rounds which contained this one by National Conduit & Cable Co., Hastings-on-Hudson, NY. Is this un-common?

Winchester WW1 .303 British

4 million rounds. I suppose in the big picture they could be considered uncommon. They are hard to find.

Thanks, that’s the 1st time I see this headstamp. Interestingly, “NC” is mentioned in Wikipedia:

During World War I, 200 National Guardsmen were stationed in Hastings because of the security interests of the National Conduit plant and a chemical plant opened by Frederick G. Zinsser that produced a wood alcohol called Hastings Spirits.
