.32-40 manufacturing countries?

A BSA catalogue from 1913 states that “The .32/40 is very popular ammunition. It is stocked by practically every rifle dealer in the world – even those in the remotest parts.”
Besides the USA, Canada, and the UK, what other countries had manufacturers of .32-40 ammunition?

You can add France, but I can’t think of any other.

Thank you Fede.

The John Witzel Catalog of .32-40 rounds only shows rounds made
in the four countries mentioned above. I used him as a reference
since he was a major collector of the Winchester Model 1894 rifle calibers,
including .32-40.

Thank you John.
