35x228 Case IDs "OE" & "PSW"

I have two fired 35 x 228 Oerlikon KD cases made from green-painted steel. One is stamped “35 x 228 DM 1001 A1” at 12 O’ Clock, and “LOS OE - OOJOOO5” at 6. The other is stamped “35 x 228 DM1001” and “LOS PSW - 1-101 -X” in the same style. Where were these made and how old are they?

The OE is made by Oerlikon for Germany in 2000.

The PSW is made by Press & Stanzwerk in Eschen (Liechtenstein). Likely for Oerlikon/Rheinmetall.
