.380 starting pistol blank, "KNALL S K .380" heads

#1

I have fired a brass cased .380 revolver crimp blank. The Headstamp is:

-----Knall
----S-----K
-----.380

Sorry about the dashes, that is the only way to “draw” headstamps using text only. I have this down in my records as being made at Tula Cartridge works, which I heard made these with this headstamp. Is this correct? I found this on the floor in a classroom at my school a few years ago.

Thanks, I suppose that is likely if it has the German word Knall in the headstamp. The IAA headstamp guide lists about 3 manufacturers for this headstamp, all linked to SK Jagd- und Sportmunitions GmbH.
