About 20 years ago I purchased an estate collection of handguns. In the mix were approximately 35 boxes of cartridges. In the course of selling the guns I had put the boxes aside. Several moves later they were all but forgotten. Fast forward to last week. While goinfg through some 50 cal ammo cans i found them. One of the items rediscovered is a full box of Lacroix Hermanos .44 Colt Head Stamped LH. There were made by Union Metallic Cartridge or Remington in the early 1900s. I had no idea of the rarity of these cartridges. . If you are interested here some nice photos of this neat red label
Very nice box Mark, thanks
