.44 Russian H/S Listing?

Does anyone have a decent listing/checklist of known .44 S&W Russian headstamps? If so, I’d like a copy; posted, e-mailed, or slow mailed.
Thanks,
Jon

I don’t recall ever seeing a checklist; here’s a start from the headstamps in my collection:

Well, I might as well join the listing fun. I am partial to military cartridges.

Pete, can you post a pic of this one?

“n 0 0 9 (Russian read CW)”

Pete–Concerning the “REM-UMC S&W R” headstamp I can confirm that you are correct. I just checked the actual cartridge and not just my catalog. I had made a mistake in the catalog. It does indeed have a “44 S&W R” headstamp.

Sorry about that. I appreciate you questioning my entry.

Pete,
You were correct questioning the U.S. 44 S & W.R.; it has the dot in front of the U.

Here’s the Russian headstamp that I interpretted as n 3 98, read CCW:

Great Ron: thanks & also for the help.

Guy: thanks & FYI your Russian reads same as mine which is why I made the note.

Jon: Haven’t figured out how to post photos with my mac & am not about to try at the moment. (saying NO WAVES about my catalog) I’ll e-mail you a photo & you can post it.

Laurent, that is correct. Some of us are just too lazy to find Cyrillic fonts so we use something close.

Pete’s headstamp.

Jon this here is a cyrillic “L” and stands for Lugansk (Ukraine).

Here are three of my .44 Russian Cyrillic headstamps:

These are “P” now.

Thought I’d add my 2 cents worth:

Thanks guys - just adding more items to the want list.
