45acp black bullet stored improperly

I recently got a baggie of some 45acp and came across two different rounds. Real light strike U.S.C.CO./17 totally non magnetic, large extractor groove compared to later date at- .198
Total weight-20.6
Other cartridge E C 43 copper primer, purplish primer annulus, steel case, weak magnet sticks to case and bullet, black bullet, extractor groove- .145
Total weight-20.3 g
Is the black bullet normal for this era? Is the extractor groove just new and improved? Totally normal? Again sorry for cruddy pics I am trying to get better at what I got.

I believe your black bullet is such, because of storage conditions.

The extraction groove (or rim undercut) on both is normal for the times & who produced it
