7.62 NATO Belt link M13 "hole" variation

I have (7) 7.62 NATO belt links. I have questions on 2 of them:
1 of them does not have the hole that others do and also has a NATO stamp on it. The others have holes, but 1 also has a NATO stamp on the side of it. Are they signifying different loads, or links for a different style of machine/mini gun?

Both are regular M13 links. The hole became optional in a revision added to the original manufacturing specifications. Later, it was discovered that stoppages and jams are prone to occur more often in the Minigun when using links with holes.
