7.62x51mm .30 Light Rifle Casing

Going through my .308/7.62x51 brass yesterday and preparing for reloading, I stumbled across an unusual casing. I dug in to HWS III tonight to see if it was there. Sure enough, it was a casing for a T104E2, dated 1952. It has the correct primer and annulus color, and you can still see some of the annealing on the shoulder. Case length is 2.0135", which is also a match. I got this load of brass off of a former Army WO who was in the AMU. I’ll have to buy him and see if he has any more live rounds left. Cheers, Bruce.
