9mm corrosive?

I bought this 9mm ammo a while back and just recently fired some finding it was berdan primed. Can someone tell me where this ammo came from and whether or not they are corrosive?

Yugoslavian, most likely corrosive

Thanks i take it the 11 is the factory code and bottom number is the year

Correct, and “11” is the code used by Prvi Partizan.
