9mm S&B Proof red and blue?

In my collection I have the following 9mm x 19 High pressure cartridges, both Sellier & Bellot. They are almost identical in weight (Blue 186 grain, Red 181,8 grain) and both non magnetic.
Does anybody has any idea why one has a red and one has blue bottom?
7 grain is not a big difference for the bullet, or should it be the load?

Are you sure they are not reloaded? Some reloaders colour their case for easy recovery at a match.

A reload is pretty unlikely as Nickel washed cases were HPT loads back in the old days. Also the shown ones are known to be HPT.
