Ammo found in Las Vegas

Firstly, my sympathies to people travelling from SLICS. Here, in Sin City, there were high winds and Bellagio fountains were cancelled for the fear of people getting wet, but otherwise “sunny and warm”. I went horseback riding with my twins and found this 12g shotshell. Hunting was banned in the area in 70’s. So this photo shows what happens to plastic after extreme temperature exposure over 40 years. The 2nd photo is a water well cover from 1967 which has been used by someone as a target. That’s my only ammo story.

There are plenty of bodies in the desert there. The shotgun has always been a popular send off from certain criminal elements. Could be a crime scene.

Looks like Red Rock Canyon.
