Clip question...Dutch?

Recently acquired these clips. Are they Dutch?

Yes, M95 Netherlands Mannlicher, cal 6,5x53R
The varnished surface indicates KNIL Tropical use (Dutch East Indies, Dutch West Indies, Surinam).
A lot of these ( with ammo) came out of Indonesia in the 1980s thru Canada and Australia…I have a
“Biscuit Tin” of 500 rounds in clips in Ten-clip packs…the tin is marked in Dutch on one side, Japanese on the other.
Will open it next year (80 yrs since Japanese occupation) to assess viability and general condition.
