Cogswell & Harrison 14 3/4 shotshell

Is there anybody who has some information about this shotshell?
It is a 14 3/4 Gauge made long ago.

Here is what i have for a 14 3/4 gauge made by C&G
rim thickness 1.8
rim diameter 21.00
vase diameter 19.25
neck diameter 18.55
inside diameter 17.20
length 65

Hi Chris,

Many thanks for these pictures!!!
I had seen a very poor picture a long time ago, but these are great.
In which period should I place them?
And are they around somewere for collectors, or is it just a once in a lifetime when you find one?

Hi Polman,

this cartridge was introduced in 1912 and was very short lived and not many guns in this bore size were sold.
today the shells are fairly rare, one was in the Buttweiler auction #699 X2 in 1994 and was estimated then at $150.00 I cant remember what it went for.
