Yes you are absolutely right however this was displayed in a post with pictures previously however
my computer skills are to poor to be able to find the site again and I forgot also the name of the
heading if someone out there know how to find these things it would be nice for Vlad

Right,
it is a pyrotechnical device for practice hand grenades. Practice hand grenades are blue in contrast to dark green of the live versions. They equal in size, weight and form. Your device is screwed into the (reusable) hand practice grenade. It gives you a bang and a little flash. The red part on the threaded end gets hit by a percussion piece. The “effect” comes out on the opposite, blue end. The rifeling helps to screw in that piece into the grenade.

HGRL stands for Handgranatenladung (= hand grenade charge)
UB stands for Übung (= practice)
DM stands for Deutsches Modell (=german model)
LOS stands for Los (=lot)
