The Fuze is marked EXCNB NR 160 PUE 85

The letters EXC appear on each of the color charge plates also. I just recieved an e-mail from Holland with allot of information. I will post it here also.

FYI, here is some great information I received from Rein via e-mail;

Hi,

You are right about the 120mm Mortar , its Dutch.
The Dutch army bought this mortar in France.
I have the Dutch army manual wich tells there are 4 different HE types.
NR 104 (made in France or assembled in Holland from French parts)
NR 104C1 (made in France)
NR 104C2 (made in Holland)
NR 104C3 (made in Holland)

With the supplement charges they could fire with 10 different Vo. from 115 m/sec to 365 m/sec.
1 basic charge 74gram powder
2 charges blue each 26,5 gram powder
5 charges white each 53 gram powder
4 charges red each 99 gram powder

Other shells are NR 105C1 WP Smoke , NR 106 Illuminating ,NR 119 Illuminating.

There is more information in the manual but its hard to translate for me.

Best regards from Holland
Rien

Hi Jason,

EXC = execitie (inert)
EXCNB = exercitie neus buis (inert nose fuze)
