Eley No.12 (ga) pinfire "JOB" marking on hull

This is a nice un-loaded brownish paper Eley shotshell, I can actually see the primer sitting on its side with the pin inserted into it, cool. On the side in the middle of the paper body there is a word “JOB” impressed into the shell body. “JOB”? Any idea?

These were seconds or rejects,& sold as “JOB” lots.

Just to add
…Staff notes in the 1921 Nobel catalogue indicated the practice was still in use and a letter from the factory in 1925 indicated there were 3 different levels of Job cartridge.
