Interesting stuff in there, like custom loadedammo, but what struck me most was what is OLD is NEW again…
Did I not see the “new” paper shot wad [read:cup] back around 1890~1900 timeframe?

Great things really do come in small packages. Although just 1¾-inch long,
Shorty shotshells offer similar patterns, energy and accuracy as full-size
Do those shells feed properly in pump or auto-loading shotguns?
I am reminded of the Mossberg Shotgun/Aguila short shells that came out some 12~15 years ago, designed primarily as home defence, secondarily for sales where “military” cartridges were not legal.
We tried those in every pump shotgun available to us [shop and personal shotguns] and other than the Mossberg short chamber pump action, the only shotguns they were 100% reliable in were single and double barrel shotguns.
My worry here is what OBVIOUS WARNINGS they might have on these about older shotguns with short chembers, (such as my 2" Damascus Double Barrel), where those who are not well… educated… about BP vs. Smokless Powder pressures might try these?
Or is there some minour chance they are low pressure for BP shotguns, and I just missed that part?
