Flare Tin Query

Found this while I was cleaning out part of the garage (couldn’t see the lid anywhere though) I can remember what the front markings are but can’t think what the side label is for, any ideas anybody?

Mike, to some fools EVERYTHING ammunition related is collectible & worth keeping (if you have the room)

Yeah, I could go along with that Pete. I certainly don’t have that amount of room, so somethings have to go.
