I have received a number of emails and texts asking how I’m doing with Hurricane Michael, a category 4 or 5 storm battering the central Florida panhandle as I write this. I’m in northeast Florida, about as northeast as you can get, and thankfully, Michael has had little impact on this area or on my cartridges. I’m fine, no problem. I just hope Florida IAA members around the Tallahassee area, like Guy Hildebrand and others, can weather this historic storm with their collections intact.
Ditto what Mel said: Our prayers and thoughts go out to those in the Panama City to Tallahassee area. While we were “lucky” in the Crestview area, as the worst of it went to our East, you can’t help but think of what that means for others. While Michael was strong, at least it was moving fast, and didn’t linger and batter the coast or any area like the recent storm in the Carolinas. Good luck to everyone.
