I think that’s neat.
From my experence, I’d think it’s scarce. The projectiles seem to be much more common than loaded examples.
as we fire such things for material tests, this “bullets” are made by specialised companies, and are sold separately. We buy them in various calibers and forms (as given by STANAG or VPAM)
Usually they are loaded on the spot, to secure equal velocities, as the velocity and pressure is related to the enviroment and can even change over the day.
