French 7.62 NATO AP round

#1

The date in the headstamp, I tought that this factory was then already closed. “Nato sign, LM 97”, at 12, 8,and 4 o’clock. (LM stands for " Atelier de constuction du Mans, Le Mans France). The ctg looks to me not French, It has a gilding metal jacket (more common cupro-nickel), only a smooth crimp cannalure on the bullet, Brass case, brass primer, violett pa, It has not the typical French heavy ring crimp but rather an Englisch type ringed in primer. Bullet has a black painted bullet tip. Who has more info of this round?
Thanks, Jan
