Full Blue 30-06 bullets

Several years ago my grandfather while yardsaleing found some old 30-06 black tip ap rounds and some weird rounds with fully blue bullets, the casings are the same as every other round we have and they have a “5(or S) T W” in clockwise rotation on the bottom.

any help in identifying these odd rounds would be appreciated.

Does it have a hollow point?

Barnes XLC?

Yes, it has a hollow point. And for clarification, the letters/numbers on the bottom are are the 12:00, 3:00, and 6:00 positions in a clockwise direction.

Then you have a non-factory load using a Barnes XLC bullet, as indicated above by Dan. The case was made by Twin Cities Arsenal in 1955.
