Help needed with cartridge

Has anyone ever heard of a 36 caliber Westley Richards with a foil wrapped case. no headstamp. paperpatched hollow point bullet. Dia. .351".

There is a .360 Wesley Richards but I’ve not seen it in a coiled case, just as a headstamped bottle necked drawn brass round. The only .360 coiled case examples remotely close to the WR, I know of are 2 1/4" BP Express. Not to say Westley’s couldn’t have offered the 2 1/4" 's for sale & perhaps a name association is what your seeing?

I have to add after seeing the .450 Long Chamber post & the Wilson .450 2.6" cartridge, which is new to me, makes me wonder about new, old cartridges.
