I have picked up two new cartridges for my collection. The first appears to be a 7.7x58mm Japanese semi-rimmed for type 92 MG, looks like standard ball, but has two rows of IIIIIIIIIIIIIII
marks around the case about half inch up from the rim.
The second looks like 6.5x50mm, it has a very short bullet, almost looks lke a practice or gallery
round. The short bullet is only about a quarter inch protrusion.
Neither has a head stamp.
Can anyone assist me in identifying these?

The knurled 7.7 round is a dummy/drill cartridge, and the 6.5 is in fact a SR/gallery training round. Both are Japanese manufacture.
