The DWM headstamp indicates it was from about 1904 or later.

I did a quick check. This case is shown in the DWM 1904 catalog but in the list of cases from 1913, or perhaps created a year or two earlier, it is crossed out as obsolete. That pretty well tells you the time frame this case could have been produced, likely 1903-1912 or so.
