Interesting 8 x 50R

Whilst I was at the War and Peace show yesterday I spotted a rather tatty paper packet of Bulgarian 8 x 50R drill rounds. these had blue wood bullets and the anvil had been set down to produce a blind cap chamber

Normally these would not have interested me very much but I spotted a couple of strangers in the packet. Most rounds were normal Bulgarian headstamps from 1933 but three were made from German WWI Polte cases.

They will go nicely with my German WWI 8mm Lebel and 7.62 x 54R rounds.

Does the packet say the name of the factory that converted these?

I have one with a G. Roth headstamp.

No, the packet is plain thin buff coloured paper.
