This is a good example of the fact that virtually all Israeli 9mm production, for domestic use, is for sub-machineguns, unless specifically labeled for pistols or marked with a silver tip. As I understand it, all export ammo, unless marked otherwise, is loaded for pistols. I do not know the specific pressure differences.
