Jap machinegun box

This is a label from 7.7 Jap machinegun box. What does it say?

reading, Japanese style, from Right to left, top to bottom,
'9 2 Type year"
x x x x x 14

Underneath these two columns,
"30 pieces"
Showa 15,3 (1940,March)

Certainly the other “xxx” details refer to either Cartridge type or some such details. Japanese packets did not normally list the actual calibre of the ammo, only the “type” number. Someone else will have the exact translation.
