Late Soviet x54R AP?

Just found what appears to be a standard Soviet WWI 7.62x54R round, however the headstamp is a raised 60 29. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen one with other than a 17 n.
Thoughts?

Looks fine, but! Need sharper throat photos.

No crimp case neck. There are no marks from fixing the bullet on the neck with two cores.

There are no ‘dot’ crimps, but there does appear to be a circular crimp at the edge of the case mouth. And the bullet is tightly loaded into the case, no movement or deformation at all.

Then it makes sense to take out the bullet and if there is a trace of the crimp on the pool with two points, then someone once inserted a bullet on their own and this is not factory production in 1929.

For whatever it’s worth, I’ve only seen these with the 17 factory & all have dot crimps along with the segmented mouth crimp.
