Found this stuff, would appreciate some input. It came to me in a 5 round clip, lines drawn on them with marker, primers fired, no powder. Headstamp is LC 65. Bullet has a flat base and the center of the base and hard, not lead. Black tip, single cannelure, attracted to a magnet. The one I pulled weights 150.7 gr and is 1.085" long. Obviously someone assembled these like this and made an effort to mark them but I can’t attest that any of the components are original to each other. Can’t attest that the black tips are genuine either. I would be interested in learning more. Thanks.
Somebody’s idea of a dummy round. Using an AP bullet from somewhere?
Yeah, I figured as much but I was really hoping to ID the bullet itself. Thank you.
