I know that occasionally collectors will post the link to their own cartridge website here and I run across others while browsing the web all the time, but I’ve not made a list or don’t know where there is a list of private collector websites. Many of these types of sites are by collectors who are in the IAA, but some are not. I figure we should all just post the links to the sites here to allow for an index of sorts? I assume that anybody who makes such a site would want the link posted to increase traffic & discussion between other collectors? Is this kosher to do here? I figure we should at least all pile in the links to our own sites in one folder and keep updating it as we find more links. I have about 10 found sites I can post here (various languages).
A major disadvantage of the IAA forum being “stand alone” from the main IAA website is that there is a lot of info on the main site that forum users may not even know is there.

Thanks John, I knew about the links from the homepage, but I was thinking more of the various and many small personal websites that show some ammo collections. I find some obscure ones which are on websites about guns or hunting, and as a side link, the owner will have photos of their collection. These mostly turn out to be mundane caliber-type collections, but it seems like there’s always one or two cartridges I see in some of these photos that grab my attention.
Also, the following websites in the homepage list are dead links, and I found no updated address for all but one of them:
AR15 ammo oracle
Asociación Española de Coleccionistas de Cartuchos - seems to have some script problems
The German codes - updated link is: home.scarlet.be/p.colmant/german-codes.htm
Grenades mines & boobytraps
Headstamp ID - North American rimfire & inside primed
Headstamps & color codes
Kalashnakov guns - doesn’t seem to load
Lowell ordnance sites
Swedish Military ammunition
On another note, I went to the Cartwin site and was floored by the price of the $1350 software for collectors. What kind of collector other than maybe 5 to 10 wealthy collectors on this planet could justify such a purchase?
Not on the list are a couple other ammo collection links off the top of my head:
swedish military ammunition is here now:
amkat.se/index.php?Env=Bas&M … u_Value_B=
Oh gotcha, I didn’t even realize that was the same one which was previously listed in the list of sites. Thanks

You would be surprised!
This one of my favorite personal collection web sites from an IAA member, Bill. To me, he is one of the best ammunition restorers in the world. His collection is amazing.
I thought Bill sold his collection so he could by a Corvette (or some other expensive hot-rod).
Really, Ray? I did not know that! He has/had some real show pieces in his collection.
