On page 60 of Hoyem’s volume 2 there is a cutaway photo of this cartridge and a short description. I can’t get my computer to scan it at this time but if I can get my son to look at my scanner I’ll try to post it later.
The description is
Copper case made without rim with Moore’s collar flange of brass fitted over head leaving the inner case exposed at base. The collar flange and a copper cup anvil with off center flash hole are crimped in place by two indentations in the case .230in from base. Frankford Arsenal. 1874
