I’m new at this, so what I’ve found so far:

The Bottlenecked, Rimmed Center Fire Case has what looks like a Paper Patched Bullet

K = ( Manufacturer )Kynoch Factories, Imperial Chemical Industries Ltd., Birmingham, England Probably

Any help identifying the cartridge would be greatly appreciated…

I think you need to save the pics before you can post them here.
The headstamp and description sound more like a Russian .42 Berdan than any Kynoch round.

Headstamp is K II 8 5
K is for the brass supplier , Unknown but possibly Colchugin), Cartridge made by Foundry Dept St Petersburg Arsenal, II is the quarter of the year made and 85 is for the year made: 1885.

Below is one made in 1887 but clearer to read

Metric is 10.67x57R.

There is different other metric designations for this caliber basing on wrong measurements and bad math.
