Recent Gunshow Viewings

At the annual CHAS (Canadian Historical Arms Society) gunshow this past weekend, I got to photograph 2 interesting rounds.

The first was a fired 13x75R Japanese Murata Shot:

The second is a Comblain, but I do not know the load nor the reason for the tinned case.

Paul, nice cartridges! The 11 x 50 R Comblain is a short range guard cartridge loaded with a paper patched round ball. It is often found as an empty case.

Is it just the picture or is that Comblain loaded with a glass marble?
