Rendering primers inert

I know this question would have been asked before but is their any way to render a primer inert without physically removing it from the case.
WD40, light machine oil, acetone,
thanks

The liability issue is murky, but in today’s litigious society, even the most egregious claims have been pursued, sometimes successfully - such as the guy who sued someone for running over his hand . . . while the plaintiff was trying to steal the tire! I’m not going to editorialize about the tort bar, but many of them are among those who give the legal profession a bad name. It’s a risk the Association and most individuals are not willing to assume.

Individuals may choose to contact you privately and that’s fine, but I’m gonna lock this up to cover the organization’s butt. Sorry!
