Russian 12 GA shot shell by Tula

A 12 gauge something. Headstamp has a symbol and 12 92. Some kind of copper military load. May be a blank. Not too old, as the open end has a plastic inverted cap in it. The guy I bought it from didn’t know what it was only maybe something military. I thought is was worth the dollar he was asking for them. Any idea what it is? There was a thread a few weeks ago about a tractor starter. Could that be what it is for?

Rogereh, this is a regular Russian 12 GA shot shell as it is sold to civilians (mainly empty cases). The manufacturer is “Shtamp” a subsidiary (Brand) of Tula Cartridge Works.
Nice item.

Another mystery solved. Thanks.
