Soviet/Russian non-corrosive primers?

Has the Russian military switched to non-corrosive primers on it’s small arms ammunition? I recall reading an article a few years ago that mentioned that some of it’s 7.62x54r Sniper (7N14?) ammunition circa 2000 was using non-corrosive primers. Is this true, and was it only for certain loads or calibers?

Did any Soviet era ammunition ever use non-corrosive primers? For example, early 1980’s 5.45x39mm.

I think we can take 5,45x39 out of the 70s up to the mid 80s from the non-corrosive-primer list. I fired such from all makers - except for Vympel - and they were all corrosive.
