Spanish 7,62 x 51 High Pressure Test

This is a high pressure test round made in Palencia in the '50s.

The CP-001 was a heavy spitzer, flat based bullet weighing 12 grams. GM jacket, lead core. Identified by the black tip.

Headstamp is (FNP 7,62-955).

CP = Cobre-plomo (copper-lead).

Nice. I havent seen those.
Might never see them. Sometimes stuff just never makes it down to the bottom of the world. Always looking for opportunities to get more stuff down here thou. Hint hint anybody out there reading this :)

Well, don’t be sad. High pressure test are supposed not to leave the testing facilities.
