Torpedo lovers' special from Dayton,OH

#1

Jason (and whoever else loves torpedos too), this one is for you!!!

#2

The creativity of the citizenry of Ohio, when it comes to munitions, never cease to amaze me! I don’t think this one was ever accepted by BuOrd.
That is some trip you have been on, I’m jealous!

You ain’t seen nothing yet. I am at Wright-Patterson Air Force Museum in Dayton,OH. The museum has minimal lighting and my camera really hates that. Hopefully I’ll fix the situation to-morrow.

The museum used to have the Bug suspended from the ceiling over its launch cradle with a button to push to make the propeller rotate at a fairly high speed.

PS: When you get in your car and start it without a hand crank, thank Charles F. Kettering.
