TYK Japanese shotshell headstamp

#1

Does anyone know the makers name for TYK a Japanese company?

Orange 12 gauge, headstamp 12 (at 9 o’clock) and a small flag (at 3 o’clock) body has a triangle. TRADE MARK above the triangle, yTk within the triangle, CARTRIDGE CASE below the triangle, Made in Nippon below the words CARTRIDGE CASE.

Blue 12 gauge, (reported to be military), headstamp 12 (at both 9 and 3 o’clock) T.Y.K. (at both 12 and 6 0’clock) body has the same markings as the orange one, a triangle. TRADE MARK above the triangle, yTk within the triangle, CARTRIDGE CASE below the triangle, Made in Nippon below the words CARTRIDGE CASE.
There are two unintelligible characters or symbols impressed into the body.

Sorry, no photo to post.

Thank you.

I have Kens books but they are packed away with other references whilst I do some reorganising.

The orange 12 gauge case also exists with a headstamp that omits the 12 and only has the small flag at 3 o’clock (Same body markings)
