I recently purchased some misc. Brass in bulk and amongst them was this cartridge and I’ve asked several sources and no one has been able to find out what this casing is, and I was hopping some of you fine people could assist me, cartridge is headstamped 12 o’clock with double connected vertical lines, or Roman numeral 2, 9 and 3 o’clock are 1887, and then 6 o’clock is the letter C
