W-W, Swedish and Starline headstamps

Modern Winchester rounds headstamped W W or W - W or W W SUPER
are all Winchester Western manufacture [is this correct ]

Quadrantly segmented 9mm parra rounds segmented with double strokes

Also who makes Starline cartridges [Headstamp is ________ 38 SPL

You’re correct it is Swedish.

Yes, all the W W headstamps you listed are Winchester. Technically it is no longer Winchester-Western.The current name is Winchester/Olin Corp., East Alton Illinois 62024.

Your Swedish 9mm case was made by AmF Karlsborg, Sweden.

Since Starline only makes brass, and does not load any ammunition, it is near impossible, without either a box label or the presence of a special bullet or loading that no one else makes, to identify the loader of any cartridge in Starline brass.

I think this and the other postings answer all of the questions in the original posting, unless someone has something to add.

(a) I thought Starline only provided brass but wasn’t certain.
